Prof. Wiku Adisasmito – President Commissioner
Wiku Adisasmito is Professor of Health Policy at Universitas Indonesia and holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Health & Policy from Colorado State University. A former Commissioner of PT Kimia Farma Tbk, he currently serves as a Technical Advisory Panel Expert for the Pandemic Fund at the World Bank and supports the Government of Indonesia in WHO negotiations on Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing (PABS) of Pandemic Agreement. He formerly served on the One Health High-Level Expert Panel (OHHLEP) of WHO-FAO-WOAH-UNEP and as Government Spokesperson for Indonesia’s National COVID-19 Task Force. At KFSP, he provides oversight and strategic advice to strengthen the company as a competitive API manufacturer supporting national pharmaceutical resilience, while sustaining profitability and upholding strong Good Corporate Governance.
Yudhatama Arifin – Commissioner
Appointed as Commissioner for the first period based on the Decision of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 31 July 2026. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Universitas Widyatama. With an extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry at PT Takeda Indonesia, he brings solid expertise in management and business operations to strengthen the company’s strategic oversight.

Pamian Siregar – President Director
Appointed as President Director for the first period based on the Decision of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 12 August 2020 to serve until the 2025 GMS Fiscal Year. Holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Bogor Agricultural Institute and completed his professional education as a pharmacist at Gadjah Mada University. His previous positions were General Manager Supply Chain PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (2015-2017), Marketing Manager for Consumer Health Products PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (2012-2015), and National Sales Manager PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution (2009-2011).
Fahmi Ridwan – Finance Director
Appointed as Finance Director for the first period based on the Decision of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 12 August 2020 to serve until the 2025 GMS Fiscal Year. Holds a Master’s degree in Management from the PPM Management Jakarta and completed his bachelor of accounting at Terbuka University. His previous positions were Finance and Accounting Manager of PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution (2016-2020), Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of PT Kimia Farma Apotek (2012-2016), and Finance and Accounting Manager of PT Kimia Farma Apotek (2012-2016).
Mo Kil Woong – Operational Director
Appointed as Operation Director for the first period based on the Decision of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 14 June 2021 to serve until the 2026 GMS Fiscal Year. Holds a doctoral degree in Pharmacy from Kyunghee University, and completed his master’s degree in Chemistry at KIST – Korea University. His previous positions were Synthesis research centre General Manager of Sungwun Pharmacopia (2012 – 2021), Generic API R&D centre Manager of Daehe Chemical. Co. (2007 – 2012) and New Drug Discovery Lab Assistant Manager of Jeil Pharm. Co. (2003 – 2007).
